Residential Housing
Transitioning from home or a care facility to independent living is very challenging for individuals with Intellectual Disabilities and behavioral issues. Our small staff-to-client ratio at each of our residential facilities allows each person to feel they have the attention and support they need to be learning how to live and care for themselves.
We believe many residential housing services are too big, with too many residents, and, consequently, become overwhelming to those struggling with behavioral challenges. Each of our residential services locations houses only two residents and has a dedicated staff member. We know this style of facility dramatically reduces the stress on residents and the tendency for competition for shared resources.
