Residential Housing & Independent Living
We believe many residential housing services are too big, with too many residents, and, consequently, become overwhelming to those struggling with behavioral challenges. Each of our residential services locations houses only two residents, and has a dedicated staff member. We know this style of facility dramatically reduces the stress on residents and the tendency for competition of shared resources. Our residential clients experience:
- Learning to live independently
- Two (2) residents per household for optimal support
- Consistent staffing builds trust and better accountability
- Client-centered plans and support for optimal development
- Focus on positive improvements and celebration of wins
RCCS offers housing in York and Cumberland counties 35 service locations from Sanford to Gray
